I have logged a sale, when will I receive my points?

Sales are approved on a weekly basis. We will check against sales data and approve or declined accordingly. We may require additional information; in which case we will contact you directly.

When will I receive my points?

Points are awarding when a sale is approved. You will receive a notification as soon as you a sale is approved and points are awarded.

Do points have a monetary value?

No - points do not have a monetary value. The number of points required for a prize varies depending on a number of factors such as postage, insurance etc.

Can I buy additional points?

No – you are unable to buy additional points. Only points awarded through the scheme can be used towards prize.

My position on the leaderboard is incorrect?

Please check your sales in your My Account area. Leaderboards are updated as soon as a sale has been approved. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact us on csm@my-rewards.co.uk

How will I know if I have won the weekend away?

At the end of December, the top performing participant (based on the leader board positions) will automatically win a weekend away.

Another winner will be randomly picked. We will contact both winners via email with confirmation of their prize

Am I able to add any additional information when placing my order?

Yes – when placing the order, you can enter additional information such as relevant sizes or personalisation in the extra text box provided on the order page.

Can I choose where my order is delivered to?

Yes - when you place your order you can enter a delivery address.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery times will vary depending on the item ordered however we advise you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

My prize has not arrived?

Please contact enquiries@my-rewards.com with your order number if your prize has not arrived after 10 working days of placing the order.

I have forgotten my log in details.

Please use the forgotten password link on the login page, you will then be sent an email where you can reset your password.

What if my prize is faulty?

Please email enquiries@my-rewards.com with the details and we will contact the supplier to resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

Will I have to sign for my prize?

Generally prize will need to be signed for – particularly if they are higher value or large items. Please enter a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for a prize – this can either be a work or residential address for yourself or a family member.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can change your delivery address providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please email enquiries@my-rewards.com with all the order details and the new delivery address required.  Please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed to avoid disappointment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please email enquiries@my-rewards.com with the order reference as soon as possible after you have placed the order.

Can I check the status of my order?

Please log onto your account where you will be able to view all orders that you have placed. When an order is placed it will show as pending until it is shipped where the status will be updated to dispatched. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
